Support Peace, Sanction Settlements!
This campaign from UK Friends of Standing Together will:
Raise awareness about the ongoing ethnic cleansing in the occupied West Bank, carried out by state-backed settlers and the Israeli military, which is designed to “bury” prospects for a Palestinian state
Demand the UK government implements Foreign Affairs Committee recommendations, including banning the import of settlement produce, expanding and deepening sanctions on businesses operating in settlements, and increasing direct aid to Palestinians in the West Bank
Raise awareness of Standing Together’s “protective presence” activity and the importance of co-resistance
Suggested activities include:
Public petitioning on street stalls (click here for a downloadable petition template)
Organising public meetings with Standing Together activists involved in protective presence
