War with Iran is [continuing], and entire communities in Israel are being abandoned by our extremist government – some have no shelter while others have no food or essential supplies. Here are some things we’re doing to make sure no one is left behind.

We’re crowdfunding to install mobile shelters in unprotected Bedouin-Palestinian villages in southern Israel. Tens of thousands of people who live in these communities have been abandoned by the Israeli government, which they pay taxes to. We’re stepping in to make sure no-one is left behind.

Our Solidarity Guard activists are still in the West Bank, providing protective presence to Palestinians under the threat of state-backed settler violence. They’re sharing the risk with local families, because the killings, assaults, and attempts to drive people off their land haven't stopped during the war.

We’re cleaning bomb shelters and making sure our neighbours have a safe place to go when sirens sound. Many shelters are filled with junk, dirt, or are being used as storage sites. We’re continuing to help clean them up so they can actually be used when they’re needed most.

We’re organising a food drive for asylum seekers and refugees in collaboration with Aid Organisation for Refugees and Asylum Seekers in Israel. In times of crisis, these communities are amongst the first to be forgotten and the last to receive help. Some don’t have enough food, infant formula, diapers, or other basic supplies.

We’re continuing our resilience campaign to organise against the violent crime epidemic in Palestinian towns in Israel. Already this year, 66 Palestinian citizens have been victims of violent crime. We’re continuing our community work and holding Zoom conversations with bereaved families to organise and demand government action.

Our alternative media platform, Rosa Media, launched a news channel on Telegram to share verified information about the war. In times of crisis, disinformation spreads quickly. Rosa Media aims to share accurate updates about what’s happening across Israel-Palestine and beyond.
