I was born in Jerusalem and I hold a deep love for this land and its people, along with a sense of responsibility. In the last two years, that responsibility has felt especially heavy as I’ve witnessed the unbearable loss of life from the October 7th attack and the war in Gaza.

In this deeply painful reality, it can be hard to know what to do or how to do it – especially from abroad.

I’ve been inspired by Standing Together's actions, its vision for a just future, and its commitment to working for peace on the ground.

Over the last two years, Standing Together has mobilized thousands of people against the war and for the return of the hostages, provided protective presence to Palestinian communities under threat, and sent hundreds of aid trucks to Gaza. If you also believe in the importance of this work, I urge you to support Standing Together’s grassroots fight for Israeli-Palestinian peace.

There is still so much that must be done before everyone, Jews and Palestinians, can live in true peace, safety, and independence. But we can play a part in encouraging grassroots activists who are making real change on the ground right now.
